Whenever you found your item templates in visual studio are disappear, no need to re-install your visual studio. Just perform as picture below:
It will run silently for 1-2 minutes, do not close it while installing.

Download plug in from above link. You have to fill some personal data. Then you will get the download for plug in.
After installation plug in will be displayed below to the menu bar of visual studios 2008. As shown as below image.
After displaying this toolbar in vs08, If you want to browse your application in the blackberry browser then
Go to "Solution explorer" and right click on what file you want to run and click on "Browse with". As show in the below image.
After clicking "Browse with" a window will appear as below
From here you can run your application in blackberry browser.
